How do I place an order?

Placing an order is super simple with us:

  • If you know what you are looking for, use the Main Categories and the Sub Categories also for applying the appropriate filters.
  • Once you have found an item, select and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath each item.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  • Click on 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT' to complete your order.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select products you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.
  • To create an account, simply click on 'SIGN IN' and then 'REGISTER NOW' to fill in your details

Are my personal information safe?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

To register at Prika, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online, we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. Please note that Prika may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals and fabulous new offers via email. Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display the pictures as accurately as possible, the colors might appear a little different to you. This is because of the difference in the screens and electronic devices, which makes some colors seem a little different from each other.


What payment methods does Prika accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.

We also have a Cash on Delivery and Net Banking options.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.


Is it safe to use my credit card online at Prika?

At Prika, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during the future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at prika.


What are the Shipping charges?

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs.1500. For orders below Rs.1500, we charge Rs.100 as shipping & handling charges. The same is added to your bill at checkout.


Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping in India.


After I place my order, when does my purchase get shipped?

Orders are shipped within 3 days through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. Also, the Delivery time might vary for bulk/customised orders, and it will be notified to you on email.


How long will it take to receive my purchase?

All orders are processed from our own workshop in Gurgoan, India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.


Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.


How will I know you have received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.


Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by TRACK ORDER.


Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Prika Workshop to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
